Domaille Engineering's optical fiber polishing fixtures, coupled with our optical fiber polishing machines, hold the close tolerances and repeatability required to achieve superior production results for apex offset, radius of curvature, fiber protrusion, back reflection and under-cut.
Domaille Engineering designs and manufactures fixtures to polish all industry standard optical fiber connectors. Additionally, we design and fabricate custom fixtures for emerging connector technologies and proprietary projects. We also provide ferrule only (FO) fixtures using our innovative Dual Cam Lock (DCL) system.
Polishing fixtures are available using our adjustable Ferrule Length Compensation (FLC) technology. Our proprietary design provides consistent ferrule pressure, regardless of ferrule length, providing clients with maximum yield and industry leading production results.
Domaille Engineering provides fixtures in round, square and ABRASAVE™ models. Models are available in 10, 12, 18, 24 and 36 port configurations depending on connector style. All models are manufactured from hardened stainless steel with ferrule holes and center bores controlled to the tightest tolerances in the industry....guaranteed.
