Domaille Engineering was founded in 1990 by Nancy and Mike Domaille. The company rapidly emerged as a leader in ultra-precision machining and metrology which eventually led to the design and development of high precision optical fiber polishing machines and fixtures.

Domaille Engineering is located in Rochester, Minnesota, home of the world famous Mayo Clinic. Rochester has become a technology hub in Minnesota with many other high-tech companies choosing to locate here.

Domaille Engineering is an ISO9001:2000 certified organization and a Women Owned Business Enterprise (WBE).

Our current customer list contains ten Fortune 500 companies with diverse market segments including defense, aerospace, telecommunications, medical and fluid technology.
